Native flowering plants, palm trees, and Saint Augustine grass (that grows very well on it's own) make the yard beautiful but still easy care. Main cistern (rainwater storage tank) is 95,000 liter/25,000 gallon, that supplies the Casa and Casita. An extra 10,000 liter/2500 gallon can be used for plant watering if needed. Casa and Casita have a full pressurized water system, but also have a gravity flow backup system, so you are never without water. The gardener and housekeeper are not live-in and come about once a week, they really aren't needed more than that because the property was designed for ease of maintenance.
